Unterstützung der Folgenabschätzung zur Überprüfung der EU-Klimaschutz-Verordnung und der Landnutzungs-, Landnutzungsänderungs- und Forstwirtschafts-Verordnung (LULUCF-Regulation) für die nationalen Klimaziele nach 2030

The general objective of this contract is to support DG CLIMA in the assessment of the impacts of a number of policy options regarding national targets for the review of the EU climate framework, in view of achieving the 2040 climate goal.

The specific objectives include:

1. Analysing the input from the call for evidence and the public consultation and complementing it with data analysis, legal analysis, review of the existing literature, etc. 2. Consulting all relevant stakeholders and supporting the Commission in integrating their input in the impact assessment. 3. Performing and summarising analysis in an impact assessment study in line with the Commission Better Regulation guidelines.
