This webinar will delve into the key phases of LTES projects, including technical feasibility, design, tendering, and monitoring. Each phase will be illustrated through real-world examples:
- The ATES system in Middenmeer (NL) by DTESS BV
- The BTES project in Emmaboda (SE) by Lund University
- The 56'000 m³ TTES in Berlin (DE) by BEW Berliner
- The 70'000 m³ PTES in Høje Taastrup (DK) by PlanEnergi
In addition to the technical aspects, the economic dimension of LTES projects will be introduced. The webinar will also feature a presentation by Öko-Institut on “Optimised Integration of Thermal Aquifer Storage in District Heating Systems”.
