Improving the methodological foundation and elaborating a greenhouse gas emission scenario as a basis for the 2017 Projection Report within the framework of EU greenhouse gas monitoring ("Policy Scenarios VIII")

Based on its many years of experience with greenhouse gas projections, the German Environment Agency commissioned Oeko-Institut and its partners to develop climate protection scenarios and projections for Germany by 2035. These projections form the basis for assessing current climate policies and help to identify the need for further action at a national and European level. The results were included in the official German projection report.
