Impact of the implementation of the Planetary Health Diet on the agricultural sector

The project considers the impact of a dietary change to the Planetary Health Diet recommendations on domestic agriculture and quantifies it in terms of land development and greenhouse gas development. In addition to dietary change, environmental goals such as peatland rewetting and the expansion of biodiversity areas are taken into account.
