Recycled content targets for steel in European automotive industry
As part of the AutoRess project, this ad hoc study analysed the targets for the proportion of recycled content in steel within the European automotive industry. In addition to examining the potential proportion of recycled material in steel products for the automotive industry in the EU, this publication also provides an overview of the use of production scrap and considers closed-loop recycling and ‘green steel’.
