Review of th Shell Rheinland Raffinery safety management system.

Due to several incidents, important for safety and environment, the Shell Rheinland Raffinery has initiated an assessment of its safety management system, which was performed by an independant team of experts. The Oeko-Institute participated in this investigation team.  The assessment indicated a set of recommendations.

Now as a follow-up the state of implementation is reviewed.
