Project management within the update of the Integrated Energy and Climate Protection Concept Baden-Württemberg

The project aims to provide comprehensive technical and organisational support to the Climate Unit in the Ministry for the Environment Baden-Württemberg until the cabinet decision of the new Integrated Energy and Climate Concept (IEKK) in July 2020. The focus is on the further development of the policy measures of the IEKK. To this end, overarching objectives are developed (e.g. conformity with long-term targets, flexibility, measurability of the impact of the measures) and a clear allocation of responsibilities and tasks within the government for implementation is defined. The elaboration and fine-tuning of measures are carried out with the involvement of various actors (stakeholder participation, interministerial working group).
