Legal feasibility study on a nano-notification ordinance and on the introduction of a nano-product register

The project consists of two parts. In the first part, a comprehensive legal feasibility study will assess the introduction and essential requirements of an nano-notification ordinance and a nanoproduct register. The second part consists of a workshop in which the currently discussed approaches to the definition of nanomaterials are critically analysed.
