Impact Measurement and Performance Analysis of CSR

The aim of the IMPACT project is to evaluate current ways to assess impacts and to propose new methods to measure the impacts of CSR at different levels across European companies operating in 5 sectors – Automotive, Retail, ICT (information and communication technology), Construction, and Textiles Garment), in different regions of EU-27. The outputs of its work form a comprehensive, unique contribution to the body of knowledge and facts available to policy makers and practitioners around the assessment, measurement and monitoring of the economic, societal and environmental impacts arising from CSR practices in Europe.
