Expert advice on the use of the Clean Development Mechanism in ASEAN countries

As part of the EC-ASEAN Energy Facility programme, Oeko-Institut collaborated with the UNEP RISOE Center to develop a study on behalf of the Regional Institute of Environmental Technology (RIET) Singapore. Working with key CDM stakeholders in ASEAN countries (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), the aim was to deepen understanding of the opportunities offered by the Clean Development Mechanism and make recommendations on how institutional shortcomings could be alleviated to ensure the development and implementation of good CDM projects.
