Expansion of the EIA portal as a source of information for project developers and into an environmental assessment portal with posting of SEA documents

The aim of the project is to legally examine whether the EIA portal can be expanded to include an archive function. This means that, in addition to the publication of documents in ongoing planning and approval procedures, documents from completed environmental assessments can also be made available to the public. The legal opinion also covers the question of whether documents from strategic environmental assessments can also be published. In addition to the general legal framework, the focus of the expert opinion is on the examination of data protection, copyright, industrial property rights and the law on the protection of secrets.
