Evaluation of the 2nd Aircraft Noise Protection Regulation (2. FlugLSV)

The project focusses on the regulation as well as on the effectiveness of and compliance with the 2nd Aircraft Noise Protection Regulation (FlugLSV). Based on a review of the existing requirements the implementation of the regulation in practice is assessed (e.g. organisation of the reimbursement procedure). Legal and practical recommendation finally include proposals for improvement regarding both the regulation and the enforcement.
