Concepts for sustainable solid waste management

Target of the project was to provide short-term advisory inputs to support African countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Asian countries like India, Indonesia, Vietnam as well as regional initiatives to establish and develop further sustainable e-waste management systems. This included the following activities: - Support the promotion of sustainable e-waste strategies through regional institutions and networks in Africa and Asia - Advice to national partner institutions in 2-4 selected countries on e-waste initiatives - Ad-hoc advisory inputs to the sector project and knowledge management
