Analysis of target groups and development of tailored proposals for measures and implementation options for fundamentally new regulatory requirements in the buildings and heating sector

This study considers different target groups that are relevant to the transformation in the buildings sector. Based on a classification of relevant target groups, a structure of electricity generation is created based on microdata to estimate the number of affected households. The study develops tailor-made measure proposals for the different target groups identified.
