Utopia Product 2019. Especially environmentally friendly products at Saturn: Current EcoTopTen product recommendations

In 2012, Öko-Institut, Utopia and Saturn entered into a cooperation aimed at promoting the proportion of resource-saving appliances in households through targeted consumer information. The cooperation was continued in the following years and especially in 2019. The most energy-efficient washing machines, fridge-freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, televisions, vacuum cleaners and coffee machines in Saturn's online shop, which have made it onto the current EcoTopTen product lists of the Öko-Institut e.V., have been awarded the logo "JETZT AUF GRÜN SCHALTEN" ("GO GREEN NOW").

The work of Oeko-Institut in the project included the provision of the current EcoTopTen market overviews for the seven product groups television sets, refrigerators and freezers, espresso machines, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers and vacuum cleaners.
