Steering and steadiness of the stakeholder process and support in the development and implementation of a national circular economy strategy

The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMVU) is developing a national circular economy strategy. In this project, the Öko-Institut and its partners (Wuppertal Institute and ifok) support the strategy development by accompanying and stabilising the stakeholder process, the development and implementation of a national circular economy strategy in the editorial, publishing and technical sense. Fields of action inter alia include textiles, public procurement and electronics

Tasks are the technical and administrative support of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in the implementation of the stakeholder process, which is to accompany the development of the NCWS, processing of all necessary documents as well as support in further work in the course of the development and implementation of the NCWS with a focus on subcontracting in the writing process of the strategy and public relations. This includes some technical (conceptual) work.

This project is being carried out in close coordination with the Federal Environment Agency's departmental research project "Scientific support for the National Recycling Management Strategy".
