Social differentiated funding for energy-efficient building refurbishment for owners

The project analyses three models for socially differented funding for energy refurbishment of buildings. The models differentiate income groups and type of buildings. An estimate is made of what subsidy budget would be required for each income group and in total, or, if the overall subsidy budget were redistributed, how high the subsidy rates could be in each case.
