Scientific monitoring of the DENEFF project "Green Recoverthon: Economy goes up again, CO2 emissions stay down - Participatory consensus mobilization".

The project offered scientific advice and support to the project "Green Recoverthon: Economy goes up again, CO2 emissions stay down – mobilising participatory consensus", which was carried out by the German Business Initiative Energy Efficiency (DENEFF). The core of the DENEFF project was the collaborative deepening and concrete participatory design of priority recovery measures in the form of one or more virtual hackathons ("Recoverthon") with actors from business, science and environmental communication as well as policy makers who are crucial for implementation. The scientific support team discussed the proposals for packages of measures, developed them further and evaluated their effects.
