Market analysis of green electricity Phase III

The aim of this project is to create an overview of the situation on Germany's green electricity market with regard to volumes, prices, quality ambitions and different market mechanisms. Current and foreseeable trends and prospects are also identified. On this basis, recommendations are drawn up as to which regulatory measures can support meaningful developments with regard to quality requirements, criteria, customer target groups and underlying accounting mechanisms. This includes, for example, the design of the guarantee of origin system and the consideration of indirect greenhouse gas emissions from electricity consumption in the context of climate footprints.
