Investigation of licensing practice and identification of administrative barriers as well as possible solutions in Germany and the EU for renewable energy plants

Priority administrative and licensing barriers in Germany are identified that stand in the way of the faster expansion of renewable energy plants.

In line with these barriers, experiences and findings on best practice examples are collected in various European countries, which appear suitable for mitigating and overcoming these barriers and obstacles.
