In-Depth Analysis on “The Role of AI in the European Green Deal” for the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence in a Digital Age (AIDA)

Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in a wide range of applications to promote the goals of the European Green Deal. However, adverse environmental impacts of AI-based applications can also jeopardize the achievement of these goals.
