Geo-engineering, partial expertise 1: Legal Frame and Regulation Options

As part of the project, a study is being prepared as part of a series of expert reports for the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB) on the topic of "Regulation, assessment and public discourse of geoengineering interventions". This partial report 1 concerns "Legal framework conditions and regulatory requirements". On the one hand, the study analyses the existing legal framework with a focus on international law. On the other hand, it identifies and discusses possible regulatory requirements and options on this basis.
