Expert support in preparing an evaluation report in accordance with §18 of German Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG)

The project gives expert support to the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) in preparing an evaluation report on the German Renewable Energies Heat Act. The evaluation covers the status of the market launch of renewable energy systems for heating and cooling purposes, the technological development, the cost development and the economic efficiency of these systems, the quantity of fossil fuels saved and the resulting emission reduction and the implementation of the Act by the German federal states.
