Expert report on the regulatory content of an ordinance on the implementation of the energy-efficient refurbishment of public buildings in accordance with Section 20 (3) HmbKliSchG

The aim of the report is to develop recommendations for suitable key figures and target values for the refurbishment of public buildings at both portfolio and building level with regard to energy efficiency and CO2 emissions in line with the climate protection targets in the Hamburg Climate Plan/the HmbKliSchG. The results of the report will be taken into account in the further course of the process of drafting a regulatory ordinance.
