Evaluation of International Emissions Reduction Projects

This project evaluates lessons learned from the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) with the view to using these experiences for the design of the Article 6.4 mechanism under the Paris Agreement. In doing so, a key focus is how baseline and monitoring methodologies under the CDM need to be adjusted to conform with the requirements of the Article 6.4 mechanism.
