ESG score for products: HotSpot profiles for substances and weightings for product groups

SUSTAYNR is developing a sustainability assessment for products. This requires characterisations of the harmful substances that may be contained in the products. The task of the project is to create these characterisations. They relate to the hazards to humans and the environment that can emanate from the substances. Other criteria that determine the sustainability of the substances are also assessed, e.g. global warming potential and ozone depletion potential. In addition to information on the classification of the substances in accordance with the CLP Regulation, life cycle assessment data is also included in the assessment.
