Emission factors for the greenhouse gas inventory of the Rhineland-Palatinate state administration

Under its State Climate Protection Act, the state of Rhineland-Palatinate has set itself the target of operating its state administration on a greenhouse gas-neutral basis by 2030. Against this backdrop, the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy and Mobility (MKUEM) carries out annual greenhouse gas inventories for the state administration. As part of this project, the Öko-Institut compiles emission factors that can be used for greenhouse gas accounting. The factors are regularly updated and, where necessary, expanded to cover new activities.
