Development of a consistent methodology for estimating the Carbon Footprint of the Berlin senate and district administration

Within the framework of this project, an administratively focussed starting balance of CO2 emissions of the Senate administrations and the upper district administrations of the State of Berlin was drawn up. Emissions were reported differentiated according to areas of application. In addition, an action plan for achieving the goal of CO2-neutral administration was developed through a comprehensive participation process.
