Comparative analysis of electrical energy storage systems - application scenarios, economic and ecological evaluation

The aim of the project is a comprehensive comparison of the technological, ecological and economic properties of different already available and potentially future electricity storage systems. Only "current-to-electricity" storage systems that feed the stored electricity back into the power grid will be considered. Sector coupling (heating

or mobility with electricity) and load management (DSM) are not subject of the study.
