Assessment of draft methodologies under the EU Carbon Removal Certification Framework (CRCF) II

In this project, the revised draft methodologies for the certification of carbon removals under the EU CRCF are assessed. The analysis covers the revised methodologies for permanent removals through DACCS/BioCCS and biochar as well as for temporary removals through carbon farming, including agricultural practices that increase net carbon removals on or reduce emissions from agricultural land, rewetting of peatlands and afforestation.
