Analysis, aggregation and assessment of Member States’ information on climate finance

This study supports DG Climate Action in aggregating data and information from EU Member States regarding climate-related financial support to developing countries under Article 16 of the MMR and Article 19 of the Governance Regulation. This analysis serves to provide the European Commission with up-to-date information on climate finance in advance of negotiations under the Framework Convention on Climate Change. It also summarizes developments on transparency in climate finance under the UNFCCC.
