About the report
This report builds on the 2024 overview and provides an updated analysis of how 10 Member States* are advancing spatial planning and RAA designation as part of crucial obligations under RED III. It examines national policy developments, sensitivity mapping and public participation, integration with grids, and persistent political, legal, and social challenges, while offering strategic recommendations for EU and national policymakers.
