The tasks of Oeko-Institut’s personnel department are divided into two key areas: personnel management and personnel development.
In terms of personnel management, the department is responsible for the following three tasks:
- staff data management,
- payroll accounting and
- personnel statistics.
In addition the personnel department supports the institute’s research divisions and central services during the recruitment of new employees and provides advice and guidance to all staff while they are employed by Oeko-Institut. As part of our personnel management efforts we endeavour to accommodate individual wishes and demands as far as possible and to keep the administrative processes simple .
In terms of personnel development, the department’s tasks include supporting the personnel management activities of the heads of division and central services with key measures and by providing necessary information. Fulfilment of these tasks is geared to the needs-orientated and skills-based further development of all employees.
