Strategic further development and scientific support for the activities and services of the Competence Centre for Sustainable Consumption
The Competence Centre for Sustainable Consumption (KNK) provides significant support for the implementation of the National Programme for Sustainable Consumption (NPNK) by taking on organisational and scientific activities as well as public relations work for sustainable consumption and programme implementation. The present project is intended to strengthen and advance the work of the KNK in three different respects and thus make an important contribution to promoting sustainable consumption in Germany: first, to develop a concept for the strategic further development of the KNK. Secondly, to support the KNK in its organisational and operational work as an NPNK coordination institution. Thirdly, to support the work of the KNK scientifically by highlighting existing research gaps in the field of sustainable consumption.
