abstract = {This report presents the results of Task 2 ‘Identification of product groups and horizontal initiatives’ of the Preparatory study for the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Working Plan 2020-2024. Task 2 provides lists of potential product groups and horizontal initiatives through screening and assessment techniques. The study team in dialogue with the Com-mission and with input from stakeholders has made a selection of these product groups and horizontal initiatives as the basis for the analysis work in Task 3.  Stakeholder comments have been received and taken into account when preparing this final version. Some comments provided on Task 2 description of individual product groups and horizontal initiatives have been treated under Task 3 assessment of these products / initiatives.},
