abstract = {This factsheet provides an overview of the Oeko-Institut's policy brief From Adoption to Satisfaction, highlighting key findings and recommendations on access and benefit-sharing (ABS) under the Nagoya Protocol. It shows that while the Protocol has strengthened provider rights and contributed to fairer negotiations, national implementation and the delivery of benefits remain uneven. The factsheet identifies institutional capacity, transparency, meaningful participation and cross-border compliance as essential conditions for effective benefit-sharing. It summarises priority actions for provider states, user states, researchers and companies to improve implementation and support biodiversity conservation.},
